Shipping & Ordering
The Muesli Guys shipping and product ordering process.
The time frame from sending to receiving an order be anywhere between 2-10 days depending on what time you ordered and where you are located. If we are experiencing any significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to rectify the issue.
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekend or on public holidays.
Delivery time takes between 2-6 days to arrive depending on where you are located. Transit time cannot be guaranteed by The Muesli Guys as a third party is responsible for delivery. Once a product is dispatched you will receive your tracking code.
Shipping Rates & Options
We currently only offer standard shipping of our products.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders under $50, a flat fee of $12 applies. This fee is automatically added to your shopping cart. All of our orders are delivered using Australia Posts network of drivers.
Free Shipping Australia Wide*
Free shipping is only available when you purchase more than $50 of stock. The shipping cost are automatically deducted from the cart when you go over the $50 threshold.
All of our products are delivered using Australia Posts network of drivers.
We only ship within Australia.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday).
Orders require a street address.
Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O box.
The Muesli Guys products are delivered via a third party, if any items are damaged or lost during transit then we guarantee to follow up and resolve the issue.
So if this unlikely ever occurs, email us your order information including photos of the damaged products, and we will follow up the issues with Australia Post.
At The Muesli Guys we are committed to providing the highest standard of customer service, and will refund items if they fall into any of the below criteria:
1. Incorrect item(s) are delivered (the items in the order must not be opened).
2. The incorrect quantity of products supplied (the items in the order must not be opened).
3. The products are faulty.
4. You are not satisfied with the product.
In the event of a refund please get in contact with us within a 4 day period of receiving the product. We will require your order and contact details, including photos of the issues to aid our process.
Any refunds will be refunded to the buyer at the product price (excluding delivery charges). If you had any exceptional circumstances that may require a refund, please get in contact with us below.
